Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using LokAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LokAgent provides AI-powered local marketing tools including local SEO management, AI search visibility (AEO), review monitoring, lead capture and citation management for UK businesses.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per business unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading business information
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LokAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the Service are owned by LokAgent and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
